Mint Chutney with Apple and Coconut
This easy and delicious recipe is fresh, raw, gluten-free and vegan. It's wonderful as a dip or condiment. A great addition to any meal!

- 2 handfuls fresh mint leaves
- 2 tart green apples
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 fresh green chili
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- Grind all the ingredients, except the coconut, in a blender and process to a fine paste.
- Add the coconut and blend again.
